Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled in a secure box. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive step-by-step guide to help you finish the assembly in approximately 20-30 minutes.
What is your return policy for cycling gear and bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your Qlife Bike, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
What kind of warranty is provided with my purchase?
Every Qlife Bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components including the drivetrain, brakes, and suspension against manufacturing defects.
